Mandy designed and created the most AMAZING wedding cake for our special day. On one side it looked traditional with red and white flowers (to match my bouquet) and on the other side, the icing had been pulled back to reveal the logos of all our favourite rollercoasters! It was incredible and tasted so delicious. Mandy was even able to incorporate a wedding cake topper we had bought into the design. We would highly recommend Rainbow Sugarcraft 100%
