I dont usually post reviews But thought this one needed to come out. In September I thought Id treat myself with some acrylics before leaving Peebles to work abroad. Had a lovely chat during the treatment. However the outcome was one of the worst Ive seen when it comes to nails. I will try and post a photo . Every single nail was uneven, bumpy and basically anyone who paint an their nails with varnish couldve done a better job. I emailed back straight away and asked for a refund because quite frankly I did not feel for wasting another 2h thinking would the next outcome be the same? Nicola kindly emailed back after her holiday and said she would refund on this one occasion. Its November 6th today and still no sign of a refund. So disappointed in a small business like that.
I used this salon for the first time in December 2017, for eye lash extensions. A little early Christmas present and boost for myself. It was lovely, Nicola is super friendly and instantly put me at ease. Results were fantastic and lasted ages. Highly recommend.
Nicola is so thorough and well organised. Her salon is a lovely haven of tranquility and you are given her complete and undivided attention on every visit. Nicola will always do her utmost to help and is so professional. I cant recommend her highly enough.
I booked in with Nicola for a lash lift and was delighted with the result! had a head massage while the lift was developing and it was superb. Nicola is cheerful and professional and the prices very reasonable. It is a lovely salon, very relaxing. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Highly recommend a visit here.
