Used to be excellent once upon a time which is only reason giving 2 star review and not a 1. Have used several times over the years with no problem. But recently they are shambolic. Very unreliable, and poor customer service. Fail to meet appointments allocated, and don't communicate well with what is going on. Happy to tell whoppers also to cover up mistakes as to why you can't get your tyres fitted. Seem to have cut costs and at the same time cut corners. Probably won't use again, but then don't expect them to be in business for much longer operating like they now are.
It's always good when you order and pay.After small problems with tyres because they wear rapidly (Dunlops)they just don't care at all. I 've been waiting 13 weeks to resolve problem and I heard only $#@%&. I was customer for blackcircles for 7 years and having small fleet of taxis I purchase 6-8 sets of tyres a year.
An impressive service and was surprised to find they're based in the small Scottish town of Peebles. Friendly service. The guy who helped me said the founder of the company was a Scouser whose subsequentlky retired to Singapore. He's still quite young I presume.What I didn't like about this service was the booking they made with the garage (ATS Galashiels) didn't correspond with the booking at the garage, i.e. I arrived hours too late.
