Good service. I had a car that needed a diagnostic check for abs light appearing on dash. They got it sorted within a day and a bit. Very knowledgeable staff. Also warned me of a low tread rear tyre which I was awear was close to the limit. Will use again if I can't do it myself. Reasonable prices and polite pleasant staff.
This is a great family business, always really friendly, helpful, honest, reliable and affordable. Great service, they managed to fix problems I couldn't resolve anywhere else.
Car had a puncture when we were on holiday and had to be recovered to Tweeddale Motors after close of business. Sent an email that night to explain why the car was there and to say I would contact them in the morning.When I got in touch at round 9:00, they had already sourced a new tyre which was specific to the model of car and could arrange it to be delivered and fitted that afternoon. This was all covered in an email that Id missed.Tyre was duly ordered and fitted and didnt affect our holiday at all.An excellent service from sourcing a tyre, keeping us informed to fitting the tyre. Id use them again but 200 miles is a bit far to travel for tyres!
