I have let my flat in Edinburgh with Accommodate for over 10 years now. They keep me well informed of what is going on, and I can check inspection reports online. Any repairs have always been dealt with quickly and the tenants have always seemed very happy. Would highly recommend them.
Enquired about two specific properties twice and both times told someone would call back. Did not seem interested and never heard back. Shame
I rented a flat from Accommodate Rural and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a rental property in this area. Sandy and Janice are great to deal with and are a welcome change from dealing with the larger faceless agencies. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
I've read user reviews on Google giving Accommodate flack. All I can say to that is that if you're looking to let a property and you CHOOSE to go with a letting agency- then it's just common sense that you'll have some teething problems - when you enter into the relationship. It's just part of life. A little bit of patience and common sense goes a long way!I've recently left a let in Peebles, through Accommodate Rural, which I had for 11 months.I found the 2 staff members (inc the owner Sandy) to be friendly and transparent and whenever there was an issue with the property (there was only one during my time there) it was quickly resolved.The property itself was lovely, in great condition and in a great setting.I'd recommend Accommodate Rural to anyone looking for a short or longer term let in Peebles / Scottish Borders.
