We recently sold our property using JBM, having removed our property from a very well regarded, high end national estate agents. The previous estate agents resulted in very few viewings, but Scott and team got us a steady stream of serious viewers. Due to the value of the property and the state of the market at the time we launched, it took some time to sell, but throughout we felt that JBM were the best of all the options out there. We had some 'challenging' potential buyers, which ultimately went nowhere, but we felt that Scott handled the situation very well, and with far more patience than I could have managed. Many estate agents in a similar situation might have pressured us to sell regardless, focussed on their commission, but Scotts advice was impartial throughout, wanting to ensure we got a fair value for the property. Ultimately he was correct, with us selling a few months later in far better circumstances.We will undoubtedly use JBM again in the future.

My very first impression of their head estate agent, a Mr Scott Murray , was one of complete admiration for his extremely polite , businesslike and efficient qualities . It is very rarely that I find this sensation of unequivocal trust in a complete stranger. This estate agent works extremely hard and is very reliable and patient. I wound recommend them to British and foreign buyers / sellers alike . They also have a very friendly way of doing business whilst their underlying efficiency works away without being ostentatious in the least . They are also gifted mediators which is an essential, though not always present quality , in many Estate Agents today . I highly reccomend this family business to any prospective buyer or seller .
