Great location. Good common room. Good kitchen. Fab accommodation.
The lodge's are OK but the heaters are on a timer 1 hour at a time, there is a kitchen, showers, drying room that didn't have the heating on and a lounge room with TV and radio. There is caf near by or Peebles about 2 miles away it has plenty of amenities.
Great simple accommodation surrounded by great trails. Watched Netflix on the WiFi so could stream. I will be returning.
Brilliant facilities. Slightly overpriced for what you get but can't fault the place. Communal showers etc are perfect and kept clean. Pods do the job of keeping you warm & dry.
We stayed in the cabin pods, which we're very well equipped and very comfortable. When we arrived, they were spotless. Be aware that being is not provided, but the mattress pads are very comfortable and they looked brand new. The showers are a few paces away in a separate building, they were clean and the showers were nice and hot.The glentress bike hire is right across the road, we will be back!
